Service cost · Brisbane northside

What a garage door service costs — and what’s included.

A standard service on a standard residential door is a set price, and we’ll confirm it when you call. What that price covers, and what it doesn’t, is worth knowing before you book.

  • Confirmed on the phone
  • Extras explained before they’re done

What’s included

What the service price covers.

  1. 01

    The full 12-point check

Balance, springs, cables, drums, rollers, hinges, tracks, lubrication, opener settings, safety reverse, remotes, seals, locks, panels.

  2. 02

    Adjustments

Spring tension, track alignment, opener force and limits — done on the spot.

  3. 03

    Lubrication

The right product on the right parts.

  4. 04

    Minor hardware

Loose bolts tightened, small fixings replaced.

  5. 05

    An honest report

What’s wearing, what needs doing now, what can wait.

  6. 06

    Not included: parts

A worn spring, a set of rollers, a perished seal — explained and priced before it’s fitted. Never added quietly.

How it works

A set price, confirmed before we come.

  • Never

    parts added without asking

A standard service on a standard residential garage door is a fixed price. We'll confirm it when you call — along with anything about your door (a double door, an unusual opener) that might change it — so there's nothing to work out on the day.

Parts are a separate, prior conversation.

If the service finds something that needs replacing, you hear about it first: what it is, why, and what it costs. Then you decide. Nothing is fitted and added to the bill without that conversation.

Repairs found during a service.

Where a repair is needed and you’d like it done, it’s usually done in the same visit — springs, cables, rollers and seals are on the van.

How it works

Straightforward from the first call.

  1. 01

    Tell us what it’s doing

Call or send an enquiry. We'll ask how old the door is, what happened before the fault, and whether anything's been tried.

  2. 02

    We inspect it properly

The whole door system — not just the part that looks broken. Developing wear gets pointed out, not hidden.

  3. 03

    You get the price first

What's wrong, what needs doing now, what can wait. Then the price. No pressure to proceed.

  4. 04

    Fixed, often on the spot

If parts are on the van, the repair is usually done the same visit. If not, we return promptly — generally within a couple of days.
